The Urban Cruiser Hyryder will powered by the Suzuki sourced 1.5-litre petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology that’s expected to include idle start/stop function. This engine is expected to be offered with both automatic and manual transmission options.
Cabin and features
The Urban Cruiser Hyryder will get features like climate control with rear AC vents, touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, power driver’s seat, digital instrument cluster, leather upholstery, connected car technology and 360-degree camera.
Exterior
Toyota’s new SUV features a dual-tone red and black exterior shade. Besides that, the SUV will also boast a single chrome slat across the front grille which bears resemblance to the Glanza hatchback. The SUV will be equipped with a split headlamp setup with DRLs placed on either side of the bonnet and headlamps mounted down on the front bumper.
Price
The new Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is expected to be priced from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is expected to get six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, hill- hold and hill start assist. Also expect, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat mounting points, three-point seat belts for both rows and adjustable headrests.
